FAQs

πŸ™‹ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

❓ Where does your black pepper come from?

Our black pepper is grown and harvested in Wayanad, Kerala, one of the most renowned regions for spice cultivation in India.
We use traditional methods and hand-pick only the best varieties β€” especially Karimunda β€” for bold aroma and high piperine content.

❓ Is your black pepper organic?

While our pepper is grown without harmful chemicals, it is not certified organic yet.
However, it is sun-dried, hand-sorted, and completely free from additives, polishing, or artificial processing.

❓ How should I store black pepper?

Keep your pepper in an airtight container away from sunlight and moisture.
No need to refrigerate β€” just keep it cool and dry to preserve its freshness.

❓ What is the shelf life?

Our black pepper stays fresh for 18 to 24 months when stored correctly.
You can find the β€˜Best Before’ date clearly printed on every pack.
